Does anyone have any good sets of "Post reply" and "post topic" etc buttons that I'm free to use?

Otherwise, can anyone recommend a good source of them?

The colour of the text of a post (in same thread).

The colour of the name of a category.
The colour of the borders of a category.

I'm working on a website currently, and I'm having difficulty modding the forum's header. Editing overall_header.html doesn't seem to do anything (and the correct theme is set).

Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
