this is an old phpbb modified version, i don't know if even i still have it on my computer, you should install the latest from phpbb

yeah, seems the downloads are turned off but, download either version from here for now!

remember these premodded packages are for an older version of phpbb, if you upgrade to the newer version, some mods may or may not work!
