You may have to purge cache and re-count and sync the settings in admin.

You mean you want celebrity avatars or just avatars in general?
I am filling two requests, one for LDM and another for someone else so will post in this forum when I sort them out.

Add a folder in the avatars directory of each category of avatars you have. In the user CP, they select the category and all the avatars should load

You will need to make your own pak files but it is easy just to upload them to the smilies directory and import them in.

The first thing that is always good to do is show some courtesy. It doesn't cost a lot.

This is an animated gif pack of over a hundred gif images. These are mostly too big to use for Avatars but could be used as part of forum sigs, etc.
