Hello. I keep getting a phpbb debug header error on the site I am setting up for my wife. The first time I got it was right after I installed the forum. I wiped the database and imported the modded sql file and it fixed it.

Now the error has come back, but we are further along in setting up the forum and I don't want to drop the database again. Why does this error keep coming up and how do we fix it? Here's basically what it displays...

[phpbb debug] php notice: in file /index.php on line 64 division by zero

[phpbb debug] php notice: in file /includes/functions.php on lines 4263, 4265, 4266, 4267 cannot modify header info. Headers already sent by (output started at /includes/functions.php:3526)

I haven't got the link to hand but if you search the forum for that error code, there is a fix I believe.

I will try to search some more. I did a couple searches but couldnt find anything.
