After looking around the PHPBB3 Community

I found this site while searching for a pre-modded PHPBB3. What i found here was a tight package, very nice add ons and a very thought out process for adding the mods that were added. Thats was the main reason i downloaded it. Believe me, i found one distro that was literally 5,000 files HUGE. If it was made for PHPBB3 it was in that monster, alot of over kill and a resource chewer for your server. Remember it isnt always the quantity of mods its the quality of mods. This premod is very nice and you cannot go wrong with it. If you really need something else added then i am sure it can be done.

I agree, it has what you need and leaves out most of the bells and whistles that just get's in the way.

I am looking forward to see how the new version differs.

After years of modifying bbtonuke this is a snap. Setup is sweet and almost all of the mods i would add to bbtonuke are pre-installed. I did add the portal, just my preference.

Just reading this link there looks to a portal version coming out soon too.

I am just uploading 1.0.5 for a test on a server. I'm thinking of starting a new forum in January and will definitely use this if it's as good as the older releases.

The new version is great. I just installed easily and am a total noob to forums.
