Is there any way to add a Paypal donation button to the index page of my forum? Say, either up by the header or at the very bottom? Is there some kind of pre-made code that you can just stick in there, or does it have to be made?

there isn't a paypal premade code as such, but you have to go to paypal and if you have a code from there let us know, and exactly where you want it and we can give you help on how exactly to go ahead and do it!
