problem installing

i followed all instructions whats wrong is i upload the rar file to my site throught my file manager but it doesnt extract it no matter how long i wait i had it doing it for one hour and nothing can some one help me

Unzip the file first then upload all files in the upload folder to the server making the change in config.php and running the sql file.

thx the problem was with the zip file i was uploading but i fixed it thx
