I am surprised to see many forums still running 2, I know some may not like the plunge into 3, but is that the main reasons do we think?

I have LDM's ModphpBB3 and I love it, but upgrades scare the dickens out of me.

It's cause of the modifications, it's best just to keep an eye on the important mods, and do it as and when, including phpBB versions.

I know some forums still running fine using the very first release of ModphpBB3, it's not something you have to do.
