I don't understood the implementation of "modded.sql".

Never ran a modphpBB3, but it is normal by phpBB .

Why has ModphpBB3 a manual installation (modphpbb3 com/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=406)?
phpBB3 has an automatic installation.
Even the discontinued phpBB2Plus had an automatic installation.
