I don't know if you have changed the permissions on the folders but according to the phphbb install file,
Change the permissions on the following directories to be writable by all (777 or -rwxrwxrwx within your FTP Client):
store/, cache/, files/ and images/avatars/upload/.

On the site here is it different:

Code: Select all

First, make sure the correct permissions are set on the following files:
755 - store/, cache/, files/, images/avatars/upload/, arcade/gamedata, includes/arcade/games
644 - config.php
And th question of that is, is it just the map permissions or also the files in the map that need new permisions?

Thx for the respons :)

Some servers won't take a 755 as permission and will need a 777 instead.

I guess you needed to clear the cache after changing permissions!
