How can I completely remove the arcade mod? I don't want any links leading to it and I don't want there to be a way to access it.

Is there a mod that can let me chose how the ranks at the bottom are ordered?

The arcade; the best and easiest way is to disable it in ACP, then remove the link in overall_header.html and you can always add it later again if you wanted too very easily.
