I get this error when i am trying to post something, did you upgrade!?

Argh cheers cisco, yes upgraded and still ironing it all out.
You've seen that 3.0.6 could still be a spammers haven by looking a few of the posts today around here then

yeah, i kept refreshing and ended up with three posts that i had to delete!
