creating pages in portal

I would like to be able to use the portal in creating new pages for example to pramote a charitable organization or spacific imformation pages about my ministry or what we do or offer etc then have it linked in the portal menu is this possible im no programmer but even though my station site uses the normal version of modphpbb3 my home server uses the portal which im still testing for usability for my main church site before my home server goes live  |
