Hey.. i'm new here...
i downloaded the files from the site and followed the installation instructions carefully.. but the site dosent show up..

I'd speak to your hosting company, they may not be able to run php on that package. Looks like a free host to me.
If you need hosting on a pretty good server, I know a company that can help. UK based.

There looks to be something server side that is stopping the forum from displaying. I would suggest removing any index.html page that is in the forum root, though I can't even access chat/arcade pages without that ad's page showing all the time.

ok.. i deleted every thing and then uploaded things, did all the installation again.. and there are a few lines above the header.. which look really worse.... they say ... warning"some blablablablabla......"
and things like that.. what must i do?

I'd speak to your hosting company. If you installed it right, and it doesn't run, it something on the server.

chill dude... went back to phpbb 3.0.2 clean install once again... a big time waste i guess.. :evil:

No, it would just help if you set it up properly. Still getting a page of ad's when accessing your url.
Have you imported the database?

Operator error is my guess. Im dumb as a bat when it comes to this php stuff and Ive installed and tweaked my modphpbb3 without any problems at all.

It cannot be a successful install if it doesn't work
Get a new host, using a free host to run a forum isn't good.

i dont have that...
so.. i think i must have it ehrn i am atleast 20... maybe i'll get some cash then...
