I'm brand new to phpbb 3 and am looking for the best styles people are using.

I have seen many but what are the most commonly used and nicely designed ones?

It depends really on what your forum is about. Glacier is popular, Prosilver Special Edition/pro grey is really becoming popular, in fact it's getting to be the most commonly used from what I've seen lately.
