How do I delete subscribe topics

what do i need to do to delete a setting out of the acp panel

general/Board features/Allow subscribing to topics:

im not using it and its in the way, so how do i deleted it thanks

That is the setting so members can subscribe to topics. Just select 'No'

I am not sure I understand why you don't need it it admin.
