Keep getting logged out?

So i got my Modphpbb3 up and running no errors whatsoever because i've done it plenty of times befor however, the problem is that it keeps logging me out (as admin) i haven't tried as a user but if i try to save something in admincp, or even try loggin into admincp it says i dont have permissions. So basically if im logged in the forum as admin and then click on admin control panel on bottom of the page and relogin to get into admincp it says im not logged in and makes me login all over again.

i've checked cache, cookies are set correctly i can't seem to figure out the problem. HELP!!!!

what about server settings are they set correctly also?

yes cisco, the server settings are setup correctly...its weird i've never had this problem before.

have you tried clicking on delete all board cookies on the footer, and restart your browser!?
